Data Deletion

Users who have authorized AnniAI or Anni Denim Analytics to access Google/YouTube data may request deletion of data stored by AnniAI.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@anniai.app from the email address associated with the authorized account, identify the artist/account involved, and request deletion of the connected Google/YouTube data stored by AnniAI.

What happens next

AnniAI will verify the request and delete the requested stored user data as soon as practicable and within the time required by applicable Google/YouTube policies. For direct user deletion requests covered by YouTube API Services policy, AnniAI's operational target is no later than 7 calendar days after a verified request.

Revoke future access

To stop future Google-authorized access, revoke AnniAI through Google Account permissions. Revoking access and deleting data stored by AnniAI are related but separate actions.

What deletion does not do

Deleting data stored by AnniAI does not delete or change data stored by Google or YouTube. To delete content or account data held by YouTube, use YouTube's own products or an authorized client that supports those actions.
