AnniAI is being built so artists remain in control of connected accounts, source data, permissions, and the intelligence created for their own work.

Minimum access

AnniAI requests only permissions needed for the feature being provided. Connected-account access is scoped to the authorized artist and purpose disclosed at authorization.

Separation and security

Credentials and access tokens are handled separately from analytical records and are not placed in public reports or source repositories. Artist-private data is not published on the public AnniAI website.

Google Limited Use

AnniAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and authorization

Authorized YouTube Analytics data may be retained as necessary to provide the authorized artist's historical reporting and intelligence while authorization remains valid. Authorization is periodically revalidated in accordance with applicable Google and YouTube policies. Non-authorized YouTube API data is refreshed or removed within the retention periods required by YouTube policy.

Revocation and deletion

Users can revoke Google access through Google Account permissions. Requests to delete data stored by AnniAI can be made through our Data Deletion page or by emailing privacy@anniai.app.
