Privacy Policy

AnniAI is being developed around artist-controlled data and explicit authorization. This policy describes how AnniAI and Anni Denim Analytics currently access, use, store, share, and delete Google/YouTube data during private development and limited authorized use.

Google and YouTube API Services

Anni Denim Analytics uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth. When an authorized user connects a Google account, the service may access read-only YouTube account information, statistics, and YouTube Analytics reports permitted by the scopes approved on Google's consent screen.

How data is used

Connected Google/YouTube data is used to provide or improve user-facing features for the authorized artist, including analytics, campaign intelligence, performance reporting, historical comparisons, and related decision support.

Limited Use

AnniAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. AnniAI does not sell Google/YouTube user data, transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers, or use it to serve personalized or interest-based advertising.

Access and sharing

Authorized data is limited to the authorizing artist and operators or agents expressly authorized to act on that artist's behalf, except where access is necessary for security, legal compliance, or other uses permitted by applicable Google/YouTube policies.

Storage and security

Credentials and access tokens are handled separately from analytical records and are not intended to be exposed in reports or source repositories. Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used to protect connected-account data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Retention

Authorized YouTube Analytics and eligible authorized statistics may be retained as necessary to provide the authorized artist's historical reporting and intelligence while authorization remains active and valid. Authorization is periodically revalidated as required by applicable YouTube policy. Non-authorized YouTube API data is refreshed or removed within the retention periods required by YouTube policy.

Revoking Google access

Users may revoke AnniAI's Google authorization at any time through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authenticated access unless the user authorizes the application again.

Deleting data stored by AnniAI

Users may request deletion of data stored by AnniAI by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page or emailing privacy@anniai.app. Deleting data stored by AnniAI does not delete data stored by Google or YouTube.

Changes

This policy may be updated as AnniAI develops. If AnniAI materially changes how connected Google user data is accessed or used, affected users will be notified and additional consent will be obtained when required.
