Terms of Service

AnniAI is currently in private development and limited authorized use. These terms apply to the current AnniAI web presence and Anni Denim Analytics YouTube connector.

Authorized use

Users may connect only accounts and artist data they are authorized to access. Use of connected services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

YouTube API Services

Anni Denim Analytics uses YouTube API Services for read-only analytics and reporting. By using AnniAI features that rely on YouTube API Services, users also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google data

Use of Google user data is governed by the AnniAI Privacy Policy and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Development status

Features, interfaces, availability, and supported data sources may change during development. Analytical outputs are decision-support information and are not guarantees of future performance or outcomes.

Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or changed as necessary for security, maintenance, testing, compliance, or protection of users and connected systems.

Data control

Users can review our Trust & Data information and request deletion of stored connected-account data through the Data Deletion page.
